By attending you voluntarily assume and acknowledge all risk that you may be exposed to COVID-19 and become affected as a result. You understand the risk of becoming infected, in addition to the local community, guests, families and personal contacts. 

You also agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death related to contracting the virus while in attendance or as a result. As a result, you agree to hold harmless the Cleveland Gaming Classic for any claims of any kind arising out of COVID-19.
