2023 DEVELOPER APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in showing your game, software, creative technology or app at the Cleveland Gaming Classic! This year we are thrilled to be back at the I-X Center in Cleveland, OH - drawing attendees all across Ohio and the Midwest region. To register as a developer please first complete your application below.  We offer low cost options for smaller teams and larger, more customizable options for teams looking to highlight their brand and studio. Awards are also planned again for select categories (TBA) for those participating. If you have other questions, please contact us before submitting. 

BOOTH DETAILS:  This year for developers we are offering two options for booth spaces, with the goal of only charging for what is needed for your booth and what fits your budget! 

 

EXTRA BITS:​

  • Please read specific Product Descriptions for details on which options include what items for your booth space

  • Access to power and premium internet services through the venue may be purchased as add-ons

  • Specific booth placement is done by our committee to accommodate all vendors inside the exhibit hall and to maximize space. You will be informed of your booth number and location prior to the event.

STEP 2: CONFIGURE & PURCHASE YOUR BOOTH SPACE

EXHIBIT HALL & MOVE-IN SCHEDULE (FOR PLANNING PURPOSES): 

  •  FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2023:

    • Check-in/move-in will begin at 11:00AM and continue until 4:00PM​​

    • PLEASE PLAN ON LOADING-IN ON FRIDAY WHENEVER POSSIBLE

    • Exhibit hall is NOT open to the public on Friday

  • SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2023: 

    • Check-in/move-in will begin at 7:00AM and continue until 9AM

    • The show will open to the public at 10:00AM to early-access ticketholders

OTHER FUN DETAILS: 

  • All physical items MUST fit within your booth space

  • Move-in must be complete before start of show. Move-in hours are TBD but vendors should plan on loading-in on Friday, September 22, 2023 similar to 2022.

  • You may cancel your participation in Cleveland Gaming Classic at any time, subject to our cancellation schedule as follows:

    • ​More than 90 days from event: 100% refund. 

    • 61 - 89 days from event: 50% refund.

    • 60 days - 31 days from event: 25% refund.

    • 30 days or less from event: no refunds.

  • You are expected to operate their booth for the ENTIRE duration of the EVENT. Leaving before the close of the event is not permitted, unless special permission is given. Packing up early is not permitted and you may not be invited back as a result. 

  • All attendees, including exhibitors are required to purchased a parking pass from the IX Center the date of the show.
